Kristin is an associate at The Sladkus Law Group and first joined the firm as an intern in 2024. She works with the firm’s litigation practice and trademark prosecution practice, assisting clients in matters involving intellectual property protection and enforcement. Kristin represents clients in federal court, before the United States Patent and Trademark Office’s Trademark Trial and Appeal Board, and in Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy (UDRP) proceedings. Her practice includes assisting with the firm’s anti-counterfeiting efforts, including online marketplace enforcement and brand protection initiatives, as well as managing domestic and international trademark portfolios.

Kristin graduated with her Juris Doctor in 2025 from Georgia State University College of Law. As a law student, Kristin served as a legal extern in the chambers of the Honorable Judge Shukura L. Ingram in Fulton County Superior Court. She also engaged in pro-bono work throughout her time in law school, providing legal assistance to underserved communities, and earned a pro-bono distinction in recognition of her public service. Kristin completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Georgia, where she was a member of the Morehead Honors College and earned dual Bachelor of Business Administration degrees in Economics and International Business.

Kristin is admitted to practice in state and federal courts in Georgia and is a member of the Intellectual Property Section and the Young Lawyers Division of the Georgia Bar. She is originally from Tampa, Florida, but has lived in the Atlanta area since 2013. Outside of the office, Kristin enjoys walking along the Atlanta Beltline, traveling, hiking, and spending time with friends and family.
