
Carrie A. Hanlon
Carrie is an intellectual property litigator and co-chair of the firm’s litigation practice. She has extensive experience in all aspects of patent, trademark, copyright and unfair competition litigation, as well as non-litigation aspects of intellectual property management and protection. She counsels clients on issues related to the management of national trademark and copyright enforcement programs, IP acquisitions and transfers, licensing, domain name enforcement and dispute resolution, and IP protection strategies.
Carrie began her legal career in 1994 as an associate in two large Atlanta law firms. She relocated to Connecticut and became a partner at Wiggin and Dana LLP. After living in the UK for several years, Carrie returned to Atlanta to continue her legal practice. She and her husband live in East Cobb County with their three children.
