
ERICA L. TRITT
Erica is a partner of The Sladkus Law Group and co-chair of the firm’s trademark prosecution practice. Erica also manages the firm’s Amazon IP Accelerator Program. Erica’s practice focuses on assisting clients in building, maintaining and enforcing their worldwide trademark portfolios. In this role, Erica counsels clients on all aspects of trademark prosecution, including trademark clearance searches, new trademark applications, and office action responses. Erica also assists clients with trademark enforcement, including preparing demand letters, negotiating trademark coexistence agreements, and drafting pleadings for opposition and cancellation proceedings pending before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, Trademark Trial and Appeal Board.
Throughout her career, Erica has served clients in a broad range of business areas, including the fields of entertainment, fashion, food and beverage, life sciences, building and construction and technology.
Erica is a member of local and international IP organizations, including the International Trademark Association (INTA) and the Intellectual Property Section of the Georgia Bar. Erica also serves on the Board of Trustees for Torah Day School of Atlanta.
