ERICA L. TRITT
Erica is a partner of The Sladkus Law Group and Chair of the firm’s trademark prosecution practice. Erica also manages the firm’s Amazon IP Accelerator Program. Erica’s practice focuses on assisting clients in building, maintaining and enforcing their worldwide trademark portfolios. In this role, Erica counsels clients on all aspects of trademark prosecution, including branding strategy, trademark clearance, preparing and filing trademark applications, office action responses, and post-registration maintenance. In her transactional practice, Erica advises clients on IP strategy related to mergers and acquisitions. Erica also has an active copyright practice, focusing on the fields of visual and performing arts, and literary works.
Throughout her career, Erica has served clients in a broad range of business areas, including the fields of entertainment, fashion, food and beverage, life sciences, building and construction and technology.
Erica is a member of local and international IP organizations, including the International Trademark Association (INTA) and the Intellectual Property Section of the Georgia Bar. Erica also serves on the Board of Trustees for Torah Day School of Atlanta.
Erica lives intown with her husband and their three children. In her free time, she enjoys cooking, running, and coaching her children’s sports teams.
