John is a registered patent attorney and has extensive experience in domestic and international patent prosecution, with significant experience in the mechanical, electromechanical and textile technologies. John has worked with clients ranging from individual entrepreneurs to large corporations. John conducts patentability studies, infringement and invalidity analyses, portfolio and competitor analyses, as well as drafting and negotiating intellectual property license agreements. John also has experience in procuring design patent protection and copyright registrations.

John is a member of the State Bar of Georgia and is registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. He is a member of the Intellectual Property section of the Georgia Bar Association.
